As an Enrolled Agent, the IRS has granted permission to practice before them after passing rigorous testing on both individual and buisness tax concepts.  An Enrolled Agent can prepare and file returns for any state (with the exception of Oregan) as well as represent clients before the IRS.  We are located in the Capital District of New York State, but are not limited to NY State clients.
